- 60mls Daylesford Spirit Barrel Aged Chardonnay Gin
- 15mls Sweet vermouth
- 1 tsp Maraschino liqueur
- A dash of Angostura Bitters
- Orange peel

MARTINEZ COCKTAIL METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice
- Stir, then strain into your glass of choice
- Twist orange peel into the drink and use to garnish
