We are bottling the spirit of Daylesford: the very things that make the area unique and special. Expertly made spirits, showcasing native ingredients derived from the waters of Mount Franklin, the rejuvenating environment, and the local artisanal food producers.

This gin is bursting with flavour and vibrancy. The aroma delightfully embodies blueberry notes, complemented by subtle hints of juniper and citrus. It opens with a refreshing burst of citrus on the palate, culminating in the luscious sweetness of ripe blueberries and a warningly spicy finish. This is a unique representation of the flavours that the Daylesford region provides.
