Pink Grapefruit Collins

A delightful cocktail, and perfect for spring and summer, the Pink Grapefruit Collins made with Daylesford Spirit's Spirit Gin is the perfect light and refreshing drink that just leaves you wanting more. 

INGREDIENTS 

• 50mls Pink grapefruit juice
• 25mls Daylesford Spirit’s Spirit Gin
• 10mls simple syrup 
• Lime to taste 

GLASSWEAR

METHOD

• Pour 25mls of gin into a glass over ice (we recommend Daylesford Spirit’s Spirit Gin)
• Add 50mls of pink grapefruit juice
• Add 10mls of simple syrup and stir
• Add lime to taste 

TIP

• Try adding triple sec or bitters for a little something different
