We are bottling the spirit of Daylesford: the very things that make the area unique and special. Expertly made spirits, showcasing native ingredients derived from the waters of Mount Franklin, the rejuvenating environment, and the local artisanal food producers.

A premium vodka that mirrors  the crystal clarity of the nearby waters. It offers a nearly neutral aroma, gently hinting at the essence of freshly baked bread derived from locally sourced grains. The vodka presents a well-balanced profile, featuring notes of black pepper and a luxuriously smooth, velvety texture on the palate. This is a unique representation of the flavours that the Daylesford region provides.
