We are bottling the spirit of Daylesford: the very things that make the area unique and special. Expertly made spirits, showcasing native ingredients derived from the waters of Mount Franklin, the rejuvenating environment, and the local artisanal food producers.

Our Daylesford Spirit signature gin is complex yet smooth. It starts with herbaceous aromas and subtle savoury notes, leading to a rich, full-bodied taste with a sweet-savoury finish. Organic juniper adds piney nuances and a unique fragrance, showcasing Daylesford's flavours.
