Just beyond Daylesford lies Mount Franklin a silent volcano whose mined springs still shape the land. From these slopes Amberfall takes its inspiration. Like rainwater tumbling over ancient rock. Our whisky flows through time gathering warmth depth and hue until it settles into a perfect amber glow. A single malt born of volcanic soil and living spring crafted in the spirit of Daylesford. Notes of honeyed malt and vanilla oak and gentle spice flow seamlessly into a long smooth finish.
