A dessert cocktail is the perfect end to the day. Made with Daylesford Spirit's award winning Barrel Ages Shiraz Gin and topped with your choice of toppings. It’s a simply decadent way to enjoy your favourite gin.
INGREDIENTS
- 44mls Daylesford Spirit Sloe Gin
- Vanilla Ice cream of choice
- Berries to garnish
GLASSWEAR
Coup or Affogato glass
INSTRUCTIONS
- Scoop vanilla ice cream into your glass of choice.
- Microwave 44ml of Daylesford Spirit Sloe Gin for 15 seconds and then pour on top of the ice cream.
SERVING SUGGESTION
- Garnish with your berries of choice and enjoy. Serve in a coupe or affogato glass.
