A limited release, triple-barrelled whisky crafted in the heart of Victoria. Our first batch is hand-selected and aged in bourbon casks, then finished in PX and Oloroso sherry, capturing the depth of old-world tradition.

Styled in the Highland Scottish spirit, it reveals rich notes of honey and maple with caramel flavours and a soft hint of freshly cut summer grass. Made with harvested Mount Franklin water and Australian grain, this luxurious whisky is dedicated to our dear friend, Kyleen Bonita Hall.
