We are bottling the spirit of Daylesford, the very things that make the area unique and special. Our gins are hand-crafted from start to finish using pure water harvested on our Mount Franklin property along with carefully selected, locally grown ingredients.
Vibrant essence of freshly zested oranges. Subtle notes of warming spices and a touch of juniper in the background. Intense orange juice intertwined with the classic juniper backbone. A delightful interplay of spicy elements enhances the profile and balances the finish, with a lingering zest of bright oranges.
